Sterility test for injected products through two methods: membrane filtration using membranes with a porosity of 45 um and direct inoculation in TSB and thioglycolate broth.
Microbiological validation of sterilizing filter in order to verify that a particular filtration process results in a sterile product. This is achieved using a standard Brevundimonas diminuta strain.
